PP acid washing tower can effectively remove the hydrogen chloride gas (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromium acid (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN) and alkali (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases.
PP acid washing tower using gas and liquid contact between the transfer of pollutant gases into the liquid, and then clean the polluted gas and liquid separation, to achieve the purpose of clean air. The exhaust gas through the filling type of acid washing tower by gas-liquid reverse absorption method, i.e. liquid from the tower top down to mist (or droplets) and spray. Spray tower body

Fill layer
Used for 75 Raschig rings, as the spray tower filling material, the material is PP.
For 75 PP Raschig ring with a large surface area, low loss, low height and material transfer characteristics, compared with the filling materials use for 75 PP Raschig rings have higher processing efficiency and low cost of operation.
Mist removing layer
Used for 50 PP hollow spheres as the mist eliminator is made of PP
Circulating water pipe
The pipeline material is PP, the main function is to be sent to the circulating water sprinkler system, and use the nozzle sprinkler system adopts spiral type nozzle, the nozzle is not easy to be blocked, and the spray angle, droplet distribution characteristics, the spray tower can play good effect. ?
Circulating water tank
The circulating water tank is connected with the main body of the spray tower, and the capacity of the water tank is 2-3 minutes, and a float ball type liquid level controller is arranged in the water tank.
