Product introduction
Automatic sewage filter is suitable for various water supply system, process water systems and industrial cooling water system, especially the system downtime twenty-four hours of continuous operation, all kinds of mechanical impurities can filter water, to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment.
Automatic sewage filter is mainly made of high quality carbon steel cylinder, stainless steel filter screen with special structure, butterfly valve and discharge device. When the filter is working, the butterfly valve is in the open state, and the water flows into the filter from the inlet. When the filter needs sewage, close the valve, open the drain valve, water filter through the first half of the filter, some water into the system by exports, the remaining water from the filter into the inside of the outer half, the sewage outfall discharge, washing the filter automatically play the reverse role. So that the whole system can run normally without stopping.

Note: automatic sewage filter shall not be installed in the pump before the negative pressure zone.

Automatic sewage filter with horizontal or vertical installation, when the vertical installation should pay attention to the flow direction is from top to bottom, the installation should pay attention to the direction of the arrow shell must be consistent with the direction of flow, during normal operation, the butterfly valve is open, when you need to discharge, close the valve, open the drain valve, until the discharge of water to clear so far, close the drain open the valve, butterfly valve, complete the sewage process.
