Regular blowdown expansion container. The regular blowdown expander is the waste water which is discharged regularly by the boiler or the pressure is higher than that of the regular blowdown expander, and the two steam and the waste hot water are separated after decompression and expansion. Two steam is discharged into the atmosphere or used as heat source, and the waste hot water is discharged into the sewer system.
Two, product structure
Regular blowdown produced by our company is composed of a casing, water dispenser, water separator, the cylinder body is provided with a manhole, can be convenient for maintenance of the equipment.
Three, working principle
The regular blowdown expansion vessel is the hot water discharged by the conventional expander, which is regularly discharged by the boiler or the pressure is higher than that of the regular expander, and the two steam and the hot water are separated after decompression and expansion. The two steam is discharged into the atmosphere or used as a heat source, and the hot water is discharged into the sewer system through the cooling pool.
The saturation temperature of boiler sewage has the same pressure and working pressure of the boiler and, in the regular drainage expansion device before the throttle valve to reduce pressure, to work in the regular drainage expansion device in expansion, cooling, separating two steam. Therefore, the use of two steam and waste hot water as heat source, can recover some of the heat loss of boiler emissions, improve boiler efficiency.
Four, operation notes
1, when the boiler needs a large number of sewage, or when the liquid level control valve failure, should open the bypass valve to increase sewage.
2, the top of the exhaust valve opening should be adjusted to keep the pressure in the row.
3, adjust the opening of the liquid level control valve, so that the water level in the middle of the water level gauge.
