1 in the water tank to join the appropriate amount of circulating cooling medium (recommended to use purified water) connected to the condenser, a high degree of adjustment to the appropriate position, open the cooling water inlet valve, and to ensure that the cooling medium is filled with condenser.
2 slowly open the steam inlet valve until the sample outlet is obtained. Note that excessive flow will result in higher sample temperature. The cooling water flow rate and the sample outlet valve can be adjusted to adjust the outlet temperature of the sample. When the circulating water temperature is too high, the system automatically starts the compression refrigeration system to ensure that the sampling is carried out smoothly.
3 after sampling, the steam inlet valve should be closed first. Cooling medium need to continue to cycle for a period of time, so that all the remaining steam condensate. Turn off the cooling water cycle when there is no condensate.
