Import of Dow BW30-400IG important information
In the preparation of the membrane system to put into operation, in order to prevent water flow through large or hydraulic impact and destruction of membrane components, the right to reverse osmosis system is very important. Follow the correct start-up procedures to ensure that the operating parameters of the system meet the design specifications, and thus make the water quality and electrical conductivity of the system meet the requirements. Prior to the start of the RO system, the system should be debugged, component filled, instrument calibrated and other system detected. Please refer to the applicable technical literature section 6-2 system operation management for more information.
BW30-400IG guide to the operation of Dow
In order to avoid the damage of the membrane element, the pressure or flow should be avoided in the process of starting, stopping, cleaning and other processes. In the start-up process, we propose to move from the stop state to the running state as follows:
• imports of Dow membrane BW30-400IG membrane components should gradually increase the water pressure, boost to the normal operation of the state should be no less than 30-60 seconds.
• imports of U.S. Dow BW30-400IG membrane components water flow rate should be gradually increased, the flow rate increased to the specified value of time shall not be less than 15-20 seconds.
• imports of the Dow Dow membrane BW30-400IG system within first hours after the start of the product should not let go of water.

Imports of Dow BW30-400IG general information
• imports of Dow membrane BW30-400IG components once wetted, that should always remain moist.
• imports of U.S. Dow BW30-400IG film, if not strictly comply with the design guidelines and operating limits in the technical bulletin, limited warranty will be invalid.
• imports of Dow BW30-400IG in the system during shutdown, transportation, storage, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms, we recommend that the membrane components immersed in the preservation of liquid. Standard preservation solution containing 1.5% wt% Sodium Bisulfite (food grade).
• imports of Dow membrane BW30-400IG components to be used at least 6 hours after the use of formaldehyde disinfection. If the use of formaldehyde in 6 hours, may lead to loss of flux.
• imports of the U.S. Dow BW30-400IG film on the chlorine (hypochlorite) in the short term there is a certain resistance to attack, but continuous exposure will destroy the membrane, and therefore should be avoided.
• imports of Dow BW30-400IG customers should be fully responsible for the impact of incompatible chemicals and lubricants on components. The use of incompatible drugs will lead to failure of limited quality assurance.
