Equipment use:
Mainly used for air conditioning and refrigeration, gas tank (bottle) automatic welding small cylinder workpiece diameter is less than or equal to industry with 350mm, the length is less than or equal to 1000mm, head of the body and the flange; specifications in accordance with the requirements of custom.
Equipment composition:

Workflow:
The workpiece into the host, set welding parameters, the welding torch is in place, start button - up automatic arc welding - arc - Welding completed automatic lifting, removed from the workpiece welding torch.
Welding process:
- argon arc (TIG/ wire TIG)
Gas (GMAW).
- SAW submerged arc
Welding quality:
It can realize one side welding double face forming and weld remaining height control;
Butt welds meet radiographic testing or ultrasonic testing. The pass rate of grade I or II welds is over 98%;
Requirements for mechanical properties such as impact, tensile and bending are met
