The filter element has the advantages of small size and high efficiency. Due to the emergence of new filter media and the improvement of the design of dust removal filter element, dust removal filter element has been applied in dust removal engineering.
1. The filter element of the filter cartridge is the filter cartridge. The structure of the filter cartridge is divided into four parts: the top cover, the metal frame, the pleated filter material and the base. The filter cartridge is designed to fold the length of filter material into folds, and the head and tail stick to the synthetic cartridge. The inside and outside of the cartridge are supported by a metal frame. The top and bottom of the cartridge are fixed by a top cover and a base, and the top cover has fixed bolts and gaskets. 2. The dust collector is composed of air intake pipe, air exhaust pipe, box body, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, filter barrel and electronic control device. The arrangement of the filter cartridge in the dust collector is very important. The filter cartridge can be arranged vertically on the box ceiling or obliquely on the ceiling, fixed by bolts and with rubber pad. The lower part of the ceiling is the filter chamber, and the upper part is the air purification chamber. Besides fixing the filter cartridge with bolts, the more convenient methods are automatic locking device and rubber pressing device, which are very convenient for installation and maintenance.
3. The working principle of the filter barrel type dust collector is that after the dust-containing gas enters the dust hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section, a part of the coarse particles in the airflow settle down under the action of gravity and inertia force. After the fine-grained and small-density particles enter the filter chamber, the dust deposits on the surface of the filter material through the comprehensive effects of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtration, and the purified gas enters the net. The air chamber is discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan.
