1 、 filter cleaning and maintenance operations
1.1 preparation
(1) the cleaning and maintenance operations can be carried out before applying for approval to the control center or relevant leaders before cleaning and maintenance.
(2) prepare safety warning board, combustible gas detector, isolation warning belt and so on.
(3) check the surrounding area of the filter and sewage tank, and put an end to all fire sources.
(4) check and verify the liquid level of the blowdown tank.
(5) prepare related tools.
1.2 maintenance operation
(1) close filter, inlet and outlet ball valve and differential pressure gauge.
(2) open the filter vent valve to reduce the pressure to about 0.2Mpa, drain the dirt in the filter according to the sewage operation rules, and then release the pressure in the filter until the pressure gauge reading is zero;
(3) unscrew the filter, open the blind plate nut to see if the gas is leaking, if not leak, then open the blind plate, remove the surrounding O ring.
(4) to filter from torsion, the tube plate removal filter, remove the filter on the stolen goods, use the cloth to clean the shell surface dirt cleaning, check all parts of the filter shell, especially shell type O ring and O ring filter, and see if there is any damage or excessive wear, corrosion, and more for the damaged or worn parts.
(5) install the filter core and other components, especially pay attention to check whether the sealing ring of the filter element is close to the sealing surface of the filter element, and ensure that the inner end of the filter core is sealed reliably, and no gas short circuit appears.
(6) carefully inspect the internal components of the filter to make sure the components are complete and properly installed.
(7) cover the blind lid quickly, secure the bolt and tighten the nut, and close the drain valve.
(8) open the upstream valve of the filter, replace the filter, replace the air and check if it leaks
