The frame selection principle of vertical cycloid reducer is:
1, rack selection, in principle, according to the reducer output shaft size to determine the frame type, as long as the interface form and installation size is consistent, reducer output shaft size within a certain range can be on the rack type fluctuation. If the size of the reducer is not consistent with the rack, within a certain range, our company can also adjust the flange on the frame and reducer connection, meet the user requirements.
2, no fulcrum frame. The frame itself has no axis supporting point, and the stirring shaft is the force fulcrum of the two supporting shafts of the output shaft of the reducer, and can be used to transfer the small power, which is not or only by the small axial load and the stirring is not too strong. The rigid shaft coupling must be used in the connection of the mixing shaft and reducer, especially the JQ type shell coupling.
3, single fulcrum rack, with one of the following conditions, the use of single fulcrum rack is the best.
(1) the bottom bearing of the mixing container is used as a force fulcrum;
(2) the shaft seal body is equipped with bearings (including rigid lining), as a force fulcrum (force level according to the requirements of shaft seal);
(3) in the mixing container, there is a guide bearing in the middle of the shaft, which acts as a force fulcrum (namely the intermediate bearing).
When the mixing shaft with the above conditions and the single fulcrum frame are selected, the coupling between the stirring shaft and the reducer must be HL type elastic pin coupling.
In practical application, rigid coupling is used instead of elastic pin pin coupling to connect the shaft and the shaft of the reducer and cancel the fulcrum of the bottom bearing or the intermediate bearing. This method simplifies the condition of the single support bracket, but it is only suitable for the occasions where the stirring is not strong, the power is small, and the bearing is less loaded. When the coupling should be used GT type rigid coupling, to adjust the axial dimension of the trace and, in principle can be used in JQ type clamp coupling, the clamp coupling, it must be on the fulcrum bearing structure changes with cone roller bearing locking heart tone, or remove the clip ring shell coupling the axial position of the stirring shaft of the appropriate room for adjustment.
4, double pivot frame, not suitable for the use of no fulcrum, single fulcrum rack, should choose the double fulcrum frame. But the fulcrum bearing structure frame selection under the double fulcrum with tight taper spherical roller bearing set in convenient installation and maintenance, and mixing connection between the shaft and the reducer must be selected HL type elastic pin coupling.
