Gas efficient separation/filter element (filter element) is a separation and purification product specially designed for natural gas gathering and application. It is suitable for gas-liquid and liquid-solid separation of natural gas, artificial gas and other non-corrosive gases, such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, propane and butane. It is also a gas gathering station, pressure station, branch station, pigging station and terminal station of natural gas gathering pipeline and gas transmission pipeline. And the necessary components of separation and purification equipment in various application fields can effectively filter the sewage in pipeline and the debris peeling off the pipe wall to ensure the safe operation of gas transmission and gas equipment and meet the quality requirements of pipeline transportation and users for natural gas.

Gas filter product structure:
The filter element is composed of an end cover, a filter material and an internal and external guard net. The end cap and guard net are made of ST1213\or BS304L. The material of filter material is stainless steel dense woven net 1cr18Ni9 0cr18Ni9 and tubular glass fiber or film-covered filter material. The solid particles above 0.5um can be completely filtered. Medium and high pressure grade filters can be used. Refer to British Gas Code GBE/E32 Press Pressure Range and Filtration Accuracy.
Maintenance of gas filter products:
Gas filter element is composed of cleanable material. The intermediate synthetic material used can work for a long time before maintenance and replacement under the impact of solid particles at high speed. When the pressure difference through the filter reaches 0.1 Mpa, it is recommended to replace the filter element for maintenance; the pressure bearing strength of the inner shield of the filter element is 0.8 Mpa.
Special specifications of filter element can be customized by drawing or sample.
Precision filter elements adopt different stainless steel skeletons with different structures, which have good corrosion resistance, excellent structural performance, high welding strength and low air resistance. Different types of filter elements with different precision levels adopt different structural modes. New matrix mixed fibers make medium contact area larger, improve filtration efficiency and improve filtration efficiency. It uses an oil-resistant and acid-resistant sealed coating sleeve, which prevents liquid from re-entering the airflow and ensures high efficiency of degreasing, dust and water removal.
