PG type sludge cutting machine is a device which is developed for the solid material in the broken pipe. Can be used for sewer sewage pipe, sludge transportation pipeline, etc.. When used in sewage sludge, the sludge can be effectively broken, and the treatment effect of the sludge can be improved, and the follow-up treatment equipment can be protected.
Note: the size of the flange of the sludge cutting machine is according to PN0.25Mpa and JB/T81-94 standard.

Three: electrical control (optional)
1) overview
A. controller selection of international advanced products.
B. controller is equipped with "manual / automatic / reset" three choice switch, in the "off / reset" mode cutting machine stop running. In the "open" mode cutting machine operation. The "automatic" mode cutting machine on / off can be automatically controlled by the remote controller on or off.

Four: installation and acceptance
1) plant commissioning

Five: Troubleshooting
Warning: in solving the problem of sludge cutting machine, the personnel and the mechanical danger all exist. Before maintenance, make sure and ensure that the power supply to the controller is cut off and labeled.
Warning: do not use a local or remote switch to control the power supply when removing any part or dirt that is attached to the blade. Avoid unauthorized persons and objects near the sludge cutting machine and other moving parts.
