Technical conditions of 15CrMoR (H) steel plate
1 scope of application
1.1 15CrMoR (H) technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packing marks and quality certificate of pressure vessel used for pressure vessel are provided;
1.2 the technical conditions applicable to Kaiyang coal gasification furnace pressure vessel steel plate thickness is not greater than 150mm.
2 reference standards
Following the provisions of this standard in terms of technical conditions by reference to the technical conditions which, for dated references, the subsequent amendment or revision is not applicable to the technical conditions, where the undated references, the latest edition is suitable for the technical conditions.

3 dimensions, shape, weight and tolerances
3.1 the size and shape of the steel plate and the allowable deviation shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T709.
3.2 thickness deviation according to B class GB/T709 implementation.
3.3 steel plate according to the theoretical weight of delivery, the theoretical thickness of the thickness of the plate to allow the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the arithmetic mean. The density of steel fand 7.85g/m.
4 technical requirements

4.2成品分析允许偏差应符合GB/T222的规定。
4.3 制造方法
4.3.1冶炼
采用电炉+炉外精炼、并经过真空脱气的冶炼工艺。
钢的 冶炼和生产工艺应该在质量证明书中注明。
4.3.2用连铸坯轧板,其压缩比不得小于3.
4.4 交货状态:正火(允许加速冷却)+ 回火
回火温度不低于680℃。
4.5 力学性能
4.5.1钢板的力学性能应符合表2的规定。

4.5.2钢板三个试样的冲击平均值KV2≥34J,一组试验只允许一个试样KV2<34J,
但不得小于27J。
4.5.3其他应符合GB713的规定。
4.6 表面质量
钢板表面质量应符合GB713的规定。
4.7 钢板超声波探伤
应对钢板逐张进行100%超声检测及测厚检查,超神检测应达到JB/T4730.3中的Ⅰ级要求。

5 试验方法及检验规则
5.1在钢板的头部或尾部逐张取样进行力学性能试验。
5.2力学性能试验按交货张进行交货态性能检验。
5.3其试样的检验项目、试验方法、试样数量、试样位置、试样方向
见表3。

5.4 对同一炉罐号的钢板,其中一批按表3加做整套(最大和最小)模拟焊后的性能,成
品分析除外。

最大模拟焊后热处理(Max. PWHT)和最小模拟焊后热处理(Min. PWHT)制度如下:

Max. PWHT:670±10℃×24h
Min. PWHT:670±10℃×6h
模拟焊后时试样升降温速度≤60℃/h,装出炉温温度不大于300℃。
