After completion, the annual production of 12 million sets of semi steel radial tires, 2.4 million sets of all steel radial tires and 60000 sets of Engineering radial tires can be realized, with an annual sales revenue of nearly 5 billion yuan. The construction standard of the project is high, the quality is excellent and the speed is fast. From July 6 last year to December 11 this year, the passenger car tire was put into production, which took only one and a half years.
According to the introduction, there are a large number of automobile manufacturers in Hubei Province. After the completion of Hubei Linglong tire project, it is of great significance for Jingmen national high tech Zone to build the whole industrial chain of new energy vehicles and accelerate the construction of new energy vehicle base in Central China. At the same time, Linglong tire will also take this opportunity to expand its market space and better serve the main engine factories and retail customers in and around Hubei Province. At the same time, this high standard green intelligent factory will effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of exquisite tires to intelligent production and high-end products.
And the production of Hubei factory also means that the "5 + 3" strategy of exquisite tires has taken a big step forward. On the domestic side, based on the four production bases of Zhaoyuan, Dezhou, Liuzhou and Jingmen, the company will choose the opportunity to establish domestic production bases in the later stage according to the market situation; on the overseas side, the Thai production base has become an important strategic fulcrum of the company's global industrial layout, and the Sylvia factory also held a foundation ceremony in March this year. The company plans to continue to build a third overseas in the future Production base.
