3、 On March 7, the General Administration of Market Supervision inspected Shenzhen profusion fashion sporting goods Co., Ltd. After investigation, the party concerned purchased 2.5 tons of melt blown cloth from the middleman Rao at the price of 300000 yuan per ton at the beginning of March, and sold 2 tons to Shenzhen bailihe Textile Co., Ltd. at the price of 450000 yuan per ton. The State Administration of market supervision has filed a case against the party concerned, who is suspected to have constituted an illegal act of bid up the price.
4、 On March 9, the General Administration of Market Supervision inspected Shenzhen Hengyi Digital Printing Co., Ltd. After investigation, the parties purchased a batch of imported melt blown composite non-woven fabrics (bfe95) at a price of 90000 yuan per ton in the form of futures on February 15, sold 4 tons to Anyuan County investment and Trade Co., Ltd. at a price of 165000 yuan per ton, 2 tons to Foshan Lekang protective equipment Co., Ltd. at a price of 170000 yuan per ton, and 260000 yuan per ton to Shenzhen Huanneng graphene Technology Co., Ltd The company sells 1 ton. The State Administration of market supervision has filed a case against the party concerned, who is suspected to have constituted an illegal act of bid up the price.
5、 On March 9, the General Administration of Market Supervision inspected Dongguan Demi Nano Technology Co., Ltd. After investigation, the parties purchased 15 tons of imported melt blown composite non-woven fabric (bfe95) from Shenzhen Hengyi Digital Printing Co., Ltd. at a price of 100000 yuan per ton, and agreed that both parties should equally distribute the profit from the increase in price and reselling. The parties concerned sold 2 tons to Dongguan Jiaji Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., 5 tons to Dongguan Yousi Textile Co., Ltd., 2 tons to Juyi Group Co., Ltd., 4 tons to Chuzhou Fujie health materials Co., Ltd. and 2 tons to Hangzhou kangzeyi Technology Co., Ltd. respectively at a price of 200000 yuan / ton. The party concerned and Shenzhen Hengyi Digital Printing Co., Ltd. are suspected of constituting the illegal act of bid up the price, and the market supervision administration has filed an investigation on them according to law.
In these five cases, the illegal operators increased the price level by level, speculated to increase the price and raised the price of melt blown cloth, which was suspected to constitute an illegal act of bid up the price. The market supervision administration filed a case against the relevant enterprises and individuals according to law. If a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the public security organ for criminal responsibility.
