Some time ago, the website of the State Administration of Market Supervision issued the Notice on Administrative Licensing of Special Equipment, in which the Classification and Project of Qualification Recognition of Special Equipment Operators has undergone significant changes and will be implemented on June 1, 2019.
Operational items have been greatly reduced
The new regulations merge the original 12 categories of 55 work items into 11 categories of 20 work items. Thirty-five projects such as inspection and maintenance of pressure pipelines and operation of fixed pressure vessels need no further evidence, which greatly reduces the institutional transaction costs of enterprises.
II. More Reasonable Consolidated Projects
The new regulation merges eight special equipment related management projects into & ldquo; special equipment safety management & rdquo; one project, five cylinder operation projects into & ldquo; cylinder filling & rdquo; and one project, which reduces personnel's repeated evidence collection, reduces the burden of enterprises, and is more in line with the reality of grass-roots management.
3. Synchronized Adjustment of Three New Regulations
The Classification and Project of Qualification Recognition for Operators of Special Equipment will be implemented on June 1, 2019. In addition, the "Catalogue of Licenses for Special Equipment Manufacturers" has been adjusted and implemented synchronously. Please see the attached table for details.
