Large scale Pressure Vessel Forgings represented by ultra thick wall hydrogenation reactor
Our company obtained the manufacturing license of Pressure Vessel Forgings in 2011. In 2012, we signed a manufacturing contract with Qilu Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. for 12Cr2Mo1 hydrogenation reactor barrel forgings. We successfully completed the research and development of 12Cr2Mo1 hydrogenation reactor barrel forgings. China Machinery Federation and Shandong Economic and Credit Commission carried out new product appraisal. Technical indicators are better than the relevant standards, comprehensive technology reached the leading level in China.
Forging products of 16Mn, 14Cr1Mo, 12Cr2Mo1 and other materials, such as large barrel joints, tube sheets, high neck flanges, have been supplied to customers in batches. The main customers are: China Dual, Qilu Petrochemical, Maoming Gravity Petrochemical, Oriental Boiler, Zhapu Hangwan, Luoyang Zhongchuang, Lanshi Reloading, Hengli Petrochemical, Jiangyin Hengye, Zhangjiagang Chemical Machinery, Dalian Jinzhong, Yangyang Coal Chemical Machinery, Dalian Dongfang Yipeng and many other enterprises.
