It has 8 advanced double-sided submerged arc welding heat preservation spiral pipe production lines, which can produce spiral pipe with diameter of 219-3820 mm and wall thickness of 6-30 mm. One straight seam production line can produce 33-114 mm straight seam steel pipe with wall thickness of 2.5-8 mm. The annual production of "Xinjin Steel" brand spiral steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe reaches 300,000 tons. The company has 4 production lines of insulating pipes and 2 production lines of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipes. It can produce DN20mm-DN1400mm polyurethane insulating pipes, steel sleeve steam composite pipes and 3PE anticorrosive steel pipes up to 2,000 kilometers.
