Debon engineering MFV efficient tower drive again good

Debon company and Sinopec signed a chemical company 120 tons / hour sewage stripping device T601A/B internals contract. In August 5, 2016 successfully completed the calibration, the two indicators are designed to meet the requirements of the tower.
The project uses our core technology -MFV technology and high tower with a porous anti clogging sawtooth weir tray (Patent No.: ZL201420431297.2) and a number of patented technology. Our company design and delivery of internals, and provide guidance and services to drive the installation guide. According to the design requirements, the content of ammonia nitrogen in the bottom of the tower is less than 60mg/l. In the calibration process, according to the sampling analysis, the bottom of the tower to purify water ammonia nitrogen is below 15mg/l, achieve the 1.2mg/l optimal, and steam consumption fell 9.3%, saving 2 tons of steam per hour to 1 MPa, the energy saving effect is very good. Owners are very satisfied with this, and I am grateful to the Secretary, to deepen cooperation with the Division I.

The company is currently the largest and most competitive Chinese refineries, working with them on our MFV high tower product quality and engineering services is also a test. This calibration is of great significance to our success, and prove our tower technology has been recognized by the industry.
