A device that has a specific process function and under a certain pressure in industrial production. Storage vessel, reaction vessel, heat exchanger and separation vessel are pressure vessels. In order to distinguish between the general container (atmospheric pressure vessel) and the container with the following three conditions at the same time, it is called the pressure vessel:
(1) the maximum working pressure (Pw) (Note 1) is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa (non hydrostatic pressure, the same below);
(2) the inner diameter (the maximum size of the non cross section refers to its maximum size) is greater than or equal to 0.15m, and the volume (V) (Note 2) is greater than or equal to 0.25m3;
(3) the medium is gas liquid gas or the maximum working temperature is higher than the standard boiling point liquid.
The pressure vessel is widely used.
It plays an important role in the petrochemical industry, energy industry, research and military and other departments of the national economy. Pressure vessel is generally composed of six parts: tube body, head, flange, sealing element, opening and connecting pipe, bearing and so on. In addition, it is also equipped with a safety device, the meter and the completion of the role of different production processes.
Pressure vessel, due to sealing, pressure and medium and other reasons, prone to explosion, burning fire and endanger personnel, equipment and property safety and pollution of the environment accident. At present, all countries in the world are listed as important supervision and inspection products, special institutions designated by the state, in accordance with the provisions of the state laws and regulations and standards for the implementation of supervision and inspection and technical inspection
