Chemical pressure vessel management rules

Fourth manufacturing units of pressure vessels must have the processing equipment, technical strength and inspection means necessary to ensure the quality of product manufacturing. Welding workers must pass the examination to obtain the corresponding certification authority issued a certificate, only the welding pressure components.
The units of the one or two kinds of pressure vessels shall be subject to examination and approval by the competent department of chemical industry at the provincial level and the boiler pressure vessel safety supervision institution of the labour department. Installation work must strictly comply with the relevant national standards, norms, to ensure the quality of construction.
After the completion of the installation of pressure vessels, should carry out a comprehensive inspection and acceptance, after passing through the test, the completion of the transfer procedures.
Seventh units using pressure vessels, pressure vessels for the use of the procedure before the operation can be put into operation. Ninth units of repair and reconstruction of pressure vessels must have the necessary tooling equipment, technical strength and inspection tools.
