(3) in order to ensure the stability of the transmission device, the base of the kettle cover should be a platform, which is often simplified as three support, because the structure is thin and the rigidity is poor. In addition to the use of the low speed of the kettle, the commonly used in the reactor can easily lead to mixing shaft, reducer rack and motor jitter. The seal failure, material leakage, equipment wear of moving parts.
(4) to change the thin kettle body or heat transfer jacket of the steel plate, especially the higher price of stainless steel plates, the move is a great danger. The pressure strength and rigidity of the kettle body are decreased, which can cause the accident of equipment explosion.
(5) the reducer rack is too short, no adjustment of mechanical seal and copy wheel space, the replacement of mechanical seal parts, to remove the speed reducer and a motor, very inconvenient. Slow frame is long enough, just copy the other round of decomposition, without moving. Although the short rack for manufacturers or users to save a little manufacturing costs, but after the user maintenance equipment cost is usually much more than a little save the cost of the cost. At least for users, reckoning or long-term account is not worthwhile.

(7) no positioning bearing in the middle of the speed reducer. The stirring shaft swing is too large, resulting in seal failure.
(8) the thin flange material is changed, the deformation of the rated load is not achieved, and the sealing failure of the flange face is caused. Even if the high pressure in the high temperature, the sudden failure of the medium high pressure will have serious consequences.
(9) the bottom bearing and deceleration rack of different shaft or the stirring shaft and an output shaft of a speed reducer shaft caused by different, don't swing, the stirring shaft strength, bottom bearing life and reduce wear due to seal failure.
(10) the inner wall of the reaction vessel and the parts of the kettle are not polished, and the inner walls of the kettle are rough, easy to rust and scale.
(11) in order to ensure the strength of the equipment, anti-corrosion performance and the cleaning of the kettle, cylinder and flange, etc. should be both internal and external welding, but also often be simplified to the lateral side of the welding. The less after welding, the user is not easy to see in appearance, but the equipment reliability decrease, inside not welding will be formed between reactor materials easy to penetrate, and it is difficult to clean, into material ingredients usually uncertain, can be long-term retention of deep crevice corrosion equipment, after falling off and potentially polluting products.
