There is no technical staff to see a

Some problems encountered when designing heat exchanger:
1, I would like to ask the shell length of L=40cm heat exchanger should not be added baffle plate?
2, the shell inside diameter of the heat exchanger D=13.6cm diameter should be rounded for how much? 200 or 400?
