Guide support setting

There is a tower with a diameter of 2000mm. The height is about 30m. The customer has a disturbance to the tower and needs to be supported by the guide. Could you tell me how to set the guide support and calculate it?

The guide support may refer to the form of a shaft hanger, and the supporting position needs a supporting condition,
When calculating, consider the height of the axle hanging as a skirt
