Copper tube heat exchange tube expansion

Design pressure: shell 1.9MPa, tube 1.0MPa; design temperature: shell range 150 degrees, tube temperature 40 degrees; medium: shell course R22 tube water. It is required that the heat exchange tube be changed into copper tube and expanded with the tube plate. I haven't made any copper tube for heat exchange. What should I pay attention to when designing and making this equipment? Can the expansion of copper tube be effective? Thanks
