Stud magnetic powder prospecting

Ladies and gentlemen, is there any standard that states that a stud larger than or equal to 10MPa requires magnetic particle inspection?

HG/T20592-2009 on the P211 8.0.4 in a sentence: "nominal pressure greater than PN100 of all threaded studs, shall be by JN/T4730 by magnetic particle or dye detection, and should comply with II and requirements."
