Evolution of PHN-Separation System and Design of Nano-Hollow Rotor
Open Canisler Separation System of OCS Enemy Open Dynamic Separation System has many grinding modes, one solution:
PHN ensures the safe separation of grinding beads even at very high flow rate by using an efficient separation system OCS (Open Canisler Separation System). The OCS of the sieve of a large-sized cylindrical centrifugal separator minimizes the flow resistance (i.e. pressure drop). Because of the centrifugal force, it is hollow. The structure of the turbine rotor rotates with the spindle. There are almost no grinding balls in the hollow turbine rotor. The OCS discharging separator system has no wear and tear. The discharging area is large, the filtering effect is good, and the working life is long. At the same time, a rotating dynamic separation device can be installed.
