Scope of Implementation of Safety Director System
Production and operation units of mines, metal smelting, construction, transportation, dangerous chemicals, civil explosives, dust explosion, ammonia refrigeration, ship repair, aerospace and other industries with 100 employees or more, or annual main business income of 20 million yuan or more, shall establish a safety director system. 。 Encourage other production and operation units to establish a safety supervisor system.
Responsibilities of Director of Safety
The Director of Safety is the full-time person in charge of the work safety of production and operation units. He is specially responsible for supervising and managing the work safety of his own units. In principle, he may not arrange for his part-time or part-time other work. The main responsibilities of the Director of Safety include:
(1) To assist the principal person in charge of the unit in fulfilling the duties of safety in production, and to implement the provisions of the principles, policies, laws, regulations and regulations on safety in production;
(2) The other persons in charge of supervising the business of the unit shall perform the duty of safety production in accordance with the requirements of “ Safety & rdquo; and implement the provisions of the principles, policies, laws and regulations on safety production; and urge the departments and posts of the production and operation units to implement the responsibility system for safety production;
(3) To assist the director of the Safety Production Committee of the unit in carrying out his work, to be responsible for leading the daily work of the Safety Production Committee, to regularly listen to the reports on the work of safety production, and to timely study and solve the problems existing in safety production. (8) To stop or revoke any decisions issued by the person in charge of the unit that affect safety in production and may lead to accidents in production safety, to stop and correct any illegal command, illegal production, compulsory and risky operations and violations of the norms and standards of operating procedures, and to make immediate stop of operations (construction, use) and evacuation from the site, etc. Decision on Interim Measures of disposal;

(5) Being in good health and able to adapt to the production environment, working conditions and workload of various places, locations and posts in the unit.
Appointment, removal and treatment
(1) The Director of Safety shall be appointed by an official document after being selected or employed by a production and business operation entity or appointed by a higher production and business operation entity in accordance with its administrative authority (if the production and business operation entity has other provisions on the appointment procedure, such provisions shall apply).
(2) The Director of Safety shall enjoy the treatment of deputy post in his unit.
(3) Where the Director of Safety is subject to administrative penalties, party discipline, government sanctions or criminal liability for negligence of duty or dereliction of duty in his daily work, or is responsible for production safety accidents, his post of Director of Safety shall be revoked.
(4) The production and business operation entity shall inform the local emergency management department and the relevant departments responsible for the supervision and management of production safety in writing within 15 working days after the appointment and removal decision of the safety director has been made.
