At 12:56 on the scene, the fire was extinguished at 12:56 on the day. 8 people were killed and 35 were injured (4 of them were critically ill, 8 were seriously injured, 23 light injured). According to the scene, the heat wave baked the face. It was very terrible.
According to the preliminary analysis, the local continuous rainfall leads to the side slip of the highway slope, and the gas pipeline buried in the slope along the side slope, causing the natural gas leakage to cause the combustion explosion.

Water engineering, cathodic protection facilities, pipe bridge, Pipe Levee, Guan Han, three piles, warning signs, accompanying road and other pipelines are intact, and the silicon pipe, optical cable and hand hole laid on the same ditch are bare or intact.
Whether there is mechanical construction in the 100 m side of the pipeline.
In the 50 m range on both sides of the pipeline, whether there is an action to affect the safety of the pipeline, whether there is a problem of opening a mountain and building a large project, whether there is a blasting operation in the 500 m range on both sides.
Check the existence of soil, dig ponds, repair canals, build aquaculture water fields, discharge corrosive substances, pile up large materials, quarries, houses, build greenhouses, base barns, build other buildings, structures or plant deep root plants within the 5 m range of the central line of the pipeline.
For the pipeline crossing the river, underwater operations such as the construction of wharves, sand, dredging, damming, fish, underwater blasting and so on, which endanger the safety of the pipeline in the upper and lower reaches of the 100 m pipeline.
The safety measures for pipelines crossing the intersection of roads, railways, power lines, communication lines and river channels are intact. New traversing pipes such as highways, railways, power lines, communication lines, dredging of river channels and so on.
Whether there are suspicious persons or vehicles along the pipeline and whether there are signs of newly turned over and excavated soil on the top and sides of the pipeline.
