Huitian New Material is an innovative enterprise, which is in the rising stage of development. Xiangyang City allocates two sets of special classes for enterprises, one is responsible for the closure and demolition of old factories, the other is responsible for the relocation and landing of new factories, two sets of special classes operate simultaneously, while stopping and building. It took only four months for the new plant to go from site selection to approval to start-up.
Xiangyang also promulgated special support measures for the relocation and transformation of customs, in order to upgrade enterprises in relocation.
Xiangyang chemical industry enterprises along the Yangtze River & ldquo; Guanchang Transfer & rdquo; the list of 29 enterprises, are now in the shutdown and relocation work. Among them, six enterprises in Zaoyang Chemical Park have stopped work, Jinlu Chemical Industry and Zhongcheng Chemical Industry have begun the demolition of the plant, and 15 Hantan Electrical and Mechanical Workshops in Xiangcheng District are nearing completion, and the first phase of the new plant will be put into trial production at the end of this year.

Reporters have learned that Jingzhou will gradually promote 81 enterprises along the Yangtze River --- ldquo; Guan Shichang --- rdquo;.
According to the ten major landmark battles of the Yangtze River Protection in Hubei Province, after investigation, Jingzhou has initially determined that 81 chemical enterprises should be transferred (including 10 closed, 33 in-situ, 30 relocated and 8 transferred). Among them, seven chemical enterprises along the river 1 km in Jingzhou decided to take the following measures: ldquo; 1 pass and 6 relocation & rdquo; closing one (Gemei Gas in Jingzhou District); and relocating six (Shalongda, Sancaitang, Huida Science and Technology, Sino-Thai Chemical Industry, Longhua Petroleum and Shishou Yangtze River Mine).
There are 81 chemical enterprises along the Yangtze River that need to be transformed and transferred. According to the completion time, they are divided into 12 by the end of 2018, 23 by the end of 2019, 23 by the end of 2020 and one by the end of 2023. Twenty-two were completed by the end of 2025. Jingzhou will actively strive for policy support from its superiors, make full use of the special funds of provincial overall arrangement to support the relocation of chemical enterprises along the Yangtze River, and strive for provincial finance to tilt the places with the task of renovating chemical enterprises along the Yangtze River when arranging local bonds, so as to support the relocation of chemical enterprises and the placement of workers. At present, & ldquo; 1 pass and 6 relocation & rdquo; are progressing according to the plan, and it is expected that the relocation and closure of 1 km along the Yangtze River will be completed by December 31, 2020.
Because the old factory area of Shalongda Company is within 1 kilometer along the river, the relocation of the enterprise is the largest investment item in the list of renovation tasks of the chemical enterprises along the river in the city. The total investment was 5.193 billion yuan (including 4.655 billion yuan for construction). The relocation project is implemented in three phases: the first part starts in August 2015, the 300,000-ton ionic membrane project replaces the diaphragm caustic soda production plant in the old factory area and the public infrastructure construction for the subsequent relocation has been completed by the end of 2016; the second part starts in June 2018, and the relocation and upgrading of pesticide products series has been started. The third part of the process of safety assessment, environmental assessment, energy assessment and job evaluation for the relocation and upgrading of herbicide series products has also been completed by the end of 2020, and then entered the stage of equipment demolition and land restoration in the old plant area.
