Recently, the acceptance meeting of LLDPE localized extrusion granulator in Daqing Petrochemical Company was held in Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. Leaders and representatives of PetroChina, PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company and Da Rubber and Plastics Company attended the meeting, and witnessed the successful acceptance of LLDPE extrusion granulation unit of 70,000 tons per year. Relevant leaders of PetroChina Natural Gas Co., Ltd. pointed out that this unit is the first domestic extrusion granulation unit of PetroChina, and also the first domestic 70,000 tons/year LLDPE extrusion granulation unit. The technical indexes of this unit have reached the international advanced level.
As the first domestic extrusion and granulation unit developed by Da Rubber and Plastics Company for PetroChina, the R&D team has overcome the key and difficult points of the machine, electricity and instrument in the localization project of the unit through a large number of investigations, simulation tests, technological tests and verification demonstrations. After drawing design, production, processing and manufacturing, in-plant assembly, cold and hot pre-factory verification, the unit is made into a tool. There are automation, visualization, intelligence and other high-tech content of the complete set of process equipment.
Daqing Petrochemical LLDPE mixing and extrusion granulating unit is a large-scale extrusion granulating unit with independent intellectual property rights, which has reached the international contemporary level, relying on its own technical strength and self-developed.
