CNOOC 1 ship was blown away by Typhoon "mangosteen", and 73 people on board.
At 11:40 on Sept. 16, Guangdong Marine Search and Rescue Center reported that it was anchored in the waters of Huizhou, west of Dalajia Island, to defend typhoon & ldquo; mangosteen & rdquo; and the engineering ship & ldquo; offshore oil 202 & rdquo; and that it was drifted from Huizhou, west of Dalajia Island, to the waters of Dapeng'ao, Shenzhen, 200 meters offshore, and was carried on board. 73 people, personnel safety, hull stability, ship stopped drift.

Shenzhen Maritime Search and Rescue Center, the first time to start emergency response plan, coordinate three high-power emergency tugs to rescue, and organize experts to analyze and judge the danger. At present, three rescue vessels have arrived at “ Offshore Oil 202 ” near the ship on standby, and two tugs are rushing to the rescue road, search and rescue center will depend on the situation of wind weakening rescue.

Offshore oil 202

“ offshore oil 202” is the first large-scale offshore lifting pipeline in China.
As the most advanced ship type in offshore oil engineering field, the lifting and piping vessel with strong lifting capacity has been built only by the Netherlands, the United States and South Korea, which has forced China's offshore oil field industry to import such vessels at high prices for a long time.
Ocean Oil 202 ” is a large-scale comprehensive pipe laying crane vessel with a lifting capacity of 1200 tons, designed and manufactured entirely by the domestic independent owner of CNOOC offshore oil project. After delivery, the vessel is mainly used for laying and lifting submarine pipelines in shallow sea areas. It adopts barge type, non-self-propelled, suitable for towing in unlimited navigation area, and can maintain 60-day self-supporting operation capacity. The ship started construction in February 2008, went to dock in November of the same year, and completed the full load hoisting test of the main crane in April 2009. The whole construction test lasted only 17 months and has been classified into the Chinese Classification Society.

Since serving in 2009, & ldquo; Offshore Oil 202 & rdquo; has completed 59 offshore pipeline laying tasks, the total length of 772 km, 13 times to refresh China's submarine pipeline laying records, creating a daily single-node pipeline 3.1 km anchor system laying records.
In 2017, & ldquo; Offshore Oil 202 & rdquo; Initially set up overseas market for Dangote project in Nigeria, it undertook 9 pipelines 93 km offshore pipeline laying, 5 underwater chassis, 5 single point mooring systems and 1 landing trestle (EPCI) installation tasks.
