China Foreign Economic and Trade Statistics Association, the head of the Ministry of Commerce of China, recently released the Report on the Ranking of Top 500 Enterprises in China's Foreign Trade (2018). Among them, China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ranked first in the comprehensive ranking, China Petroleum and Gas Group Co., Ltd. ranked second, and Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd. jumped to private enterprises. The industry ranks first, ranking sixth in a comprehensive way.
Top 20 enterprises

According to the report, the total trade volume of China's top 500 foreign trade enterprises reached a new high in 2018, reaching 1622.333 billion US dollars, an annualized increase of 17.2%, accounting for 35.1% of China's total foreign trade. The steady growth of China's foreign trade imports and exports represented by China's top 500 foreign trade enterprises shows that China's economy is resilient and full of stamina.
In terms of regional distribution, the top 500 foreign trade enterprises in 2018 are mainly concentrated in the eastern region, of which Beijing, Guangdong and Jiangsu are the most concentrated regions. According to the trade volume and regional distribution of the top ten private enterprises, the trade activity in southern China is relatively higher.
