Shandong Province
As a large province of chemical industry, Shandong has always been the focus of attention by enterprises. Recently, the Shandong Provincial Government issued the "Shandong Province Wins the Blue Sky Defense Operational Plan and 2013-mdash; 2020 Air Pollution Prevention and Control Planning Phase III Action Plan (2018-mdash; 2020)" which clearly stipulates: 7 transmission channel cities (Jinan, Zibo, Jining, Dezhou, Liaocheng, Binzhou, Heze) prohibit the construction of new chemical parks and increase Existing Chemical Industrial Park regulation efforts. All cities and towns that have made clear the return of the city must have a clear timetable, and they will not suspend production if they fail to return to the city within the time limit.

Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

Guangdong Province
In the first half of this year, the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department issued the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Regulation and Emission Reduction Program of Guangdong Province (2018-2020) and the Guangdong Provincial Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense (2018-2020) (Draft for Opinion). The Program calls for the launching of & ldquo; Dispersion & rdquo; Enterprise and Clusters Comprehensive Regulation Special Operations. Jiangsu Province
Plastics and chemical industry is an important pillar industry in Jiangsu Province. According to the earlier Jiangsu Petrochemical Industry “ four batches of ” special action targets and tasks, 2077 enterprises are planned to be shut down by the end of 2018; 272 chemical enterprises will be transferred, 4327 upgraded and 696 chemical enterprises will be reorganized by 2020. Zhejiang Province
Recently, Zhejiang Province issued the "Three-year Action Plan to Win the Blue Sky Defense War". It explicitly put forward the ban on new chemical parks in Zhejiang Province, and intensified the renovation of existing chemical parks. Enterprises will take 100 key industrial parks as the grasp to promote the governance of various types of industrial parks. In October last year, Hangzhou Xiaoshan District has planned to shut down 1000 enterprises (workshops); renovate and upgrade 1000 enterprises; shut down the printing and dyeing enterprises inside the winding, and integrate 35 existing printing and dyeing enterprises into no more than 19 enterprises.
